 I found that using the option --remove-new-channels has the desired effect
 when using schedules direct. Channels are not added to my mythtv and
 channels are also not deleted from schedules direct. So at the least, the
 documentation should be updated to reflect this, although the preferable
 solution would be to fix it so the only-update-guide option works the same
 for both SD and XMLTV and do away with remove-new-channels.
 One other minor thing is that the following appears in the log multiple
 times when using a Ceton:
 2014-11-29 12:17:06.471503 I  Cardutil: TODO Ceton Is Cablecard Present?
