 I just did a channel rescan and found that for (only) some channels that
 existed in the channel table that were present in the channel scan, the
 name and callsign fields were cleared out.

 Of course, it's pretty annoying to have to go repopulate those fields
 after every channel scan.

 What is interesting/strange is that it only cleared those fields for
 ''some'' existing channels.  Others it left alone.
