 Neither MythTV nor WMC share network tuners especially well (some
 systems/devices have locks, some do not).  And by default WMC will tend to
 "own" all the devices it is configured with (a not unreasonable default
 for the average user).  There are references to a configuration option in
 WMC to "disown" tuners to allow other systems to control them.  One might
 want to look there, too, and disable WMC access to any Ceton device.

 But a simple test case would be to turn the Windows computer off for a few
 weeks and see if the problem goes away.  If getting rid of windows solves
 the problem, you have your answer.
