 the information you provided isn't enough to make anything of it.

 and playing your file works exactly as expected here.

 What the OSD states is a different story to what audio comes out.
 the information contained in Menu -> Playback -> Playback Data is what
 matters

 otherwise it's up to the theme you are using.
