 When trying to record a single showing of a program at a specific time the
 filters in the default recording template are in my view wrongly applied.
 The behaviour should be that the recording is always scheduled, if
 resources are available. Examples would be attempting to record an SD
 broadcast with an HD default set, or outside prime time with that filter
 set. The frontend interface is the most helpful as it displays the
 currently active filters but both mythweb and the webfrontend fail
 silently. The status of "not listed" is shown by the webfrontend when
 hovering over the program in the listing. These zombie recording rules do
 not show up in mythweb with duplicates/ignored set and do not show up in
 the webfrontend under conflicted/failed schedules, they do appear in all
 scheduler matches.
