Comment:

 It sounds as if one of the channels on that transport got removed, but is
 still in your database.
 Please try to hide or delete the channel with the service_id 161. It
 appears as if the channel scanner tries to tune to that channel to collect
 the EIT of that transport and fails. MythTV will passively collect updates
 to the EPG when you manually tune (by starting to watch the channel) to a
 different channel on that transport.
