Comment:

 See #11138, #11512, and [71c65ba67614c751ea149a1960e0db60437591af] -
 DefaultStartEarly and DefaultEndLate are old, pre-0.26, settings which
 have been replaced with the Start Early / End Late values from the
 "Default" recording rule template.

 Please edit the "Default" template with Mythfrontend. Mythweb should then
 pick up your defaults from the new location.
