 As said I my previous reply:
  for Sat 28.2 east, Channel-ID 0, User Frequency 1400 MHz on Satellite
  Position A:
  w_scan -fs -s S28E2 -u 0:1400:A

 I suppose the 0 is the userband, 1400 the frequency and the A the
 satellite position ;-). The only other parameter is the satellite you want
 to scan (in this case S28E2). If you need to specify the adapter use -a N
