 I have tested this fix.  It seems Samsung have fixed this issue with a
 firmware update.  I raised the original ticket.  I rolled back to mythtv
 0.26 to try and reproduce the original issue first, but found I couldn't.
 Samsung released upgraded firmware in July so maybe that fixed it.

 I added the commit above which removes the URLBase tag to check that the
 changes scheduled for 0.27 work, and that also worked and the Samsung
 device was able to play all my recordings.
