 After reviewing the patch, and judging by how hard the original issue was
 to reproduce for me, this report appears to be a false positive. (taking
 correlation for causation)
 The patch from ticket:11639#comment:13 only touches the lossy re-encode
 with cut list which is not the topic of any of the tickets but an entirely
 different issue...
