 locate php.ini[[BR]]
 shows

 /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini[[BR]]
 /etc/php5/cli/php.ini[[BR]]

 I changed [[BR]]
 output_buffering = 4096[[BR]]
 to[[BR]]
 output_buffering = Off[[BR]]
 in both of the files then rebooted[[BR]]

 still cannot  download the videos
