 Since the latest round of fixes committed to 0.26-fixes on the 1st March I
 am finding that all radio recordings from a DVB-T2 tuner are failing.  It
 manages to record < 1024 bytes, appears that it is continuing to record
 and finishes, but the file does not get any bigger.
