 0.26+fixes + (manually) patched with every H264/dvb related commit from
 master..
 (Mr Stichnot has been busy).

 Source is dvb-t H264 1080i50 & 576i50 and a range of datarates..

 Seeking (playback) is okay/usable after seektable rebuild, not as
 lightening fast as couple months ago..
 Seeking (cutlist ed) is very good after seektable rebuild.
 Haven't checked the (key)frame cutting accuracy yet..

 The sample HD-PVR recordings that I have (sourced from around here), play
 okay/fine after cleaning up the beginning. Recent commits should have
 fixed the beginnings.
 Processing with ffmpeg requires extended "-analyzeduration" period.
