 All my recordings have similar issue (worse with HD ones).
 Slow seeking is like using a IR remote c.f. keyboard.

 Using older kernel but with recent build of v4l-dvb.

 ffprobe finds one extra keyframe at beginning & has this error parsing
 file:
 "[mpegts @ 0x27d86e0] PES packet size mismatch"
