 The fix for #11288 indirectly disabled maintaining correct angle and
 chapter information (previously it was only luck if the first title
 happened to be one you wanted to play, otherwise the angle and chapter
 information would have been wrong anyway).

 The attached patch keeps this information updated as playback moves
 between cells (normally the current angle won't change on its own but it's
 possible for VM code to change it so querying it at each cell change
 should keep everything up-to-date).
