 Hey, after playing around with this a bit I noticed that the greenline
 does not start until after the 2 second mark. There is a also a quick
 flash to black then the mostly green line starts. the 2mb file is too
 short for this as it is ~ 1 second long.

 I have been able to make a sample file that can re create this problem
 however it is 8.3mb. If you email me directly I can send it to you.
