 when you run tv_grab_fr --configure it write a configuration file. For
 mythtv this is written to ~/.mythtv/{sourcename}.xmltv

 You'll need to speak to the maintainer of the tv_grab_fr grabber to know
 what you need to put in this config file instead of passing arguments at
 runtime to the script.
