 Have to take that back..it fixes cut&paste TS streams but plays one
 channel (Prime SD 576 25fps) with very high jitter & 18fps.
 This problem channel is lower bitrate & has one audio stream & no subs.

 The workaround for cut TS playback is to seek forward/back after
 discontinuity.
