 In:
 Attachment mythbackend.20130819165556.12653.log.gz​ added

 shows that your drive average write speed is 618kB/s... this is way too
 low and less than what a typical DVB/ATSC device can stream at.

 If all you're worried about is the amount of verbosity in the log

 in mythtv/libs/libmythtv/ThreadedFileWriter.cpp line 497; change
 LOG_WARNING into LOG_DEBUG

 Using floppy disks as recording medium is strongly discouraged.
