#11074: "Dont record" gives SQL error in "Upcoming recordings" listing

 mythweb install, go to "Upcoming recordings" and disable one recording by
 clicking "Dont record". Result is error page with "SQL Error: Column
 'starttime' cannot be null". Full message attached.

 Additional note: only ported from earlier version recordings give the
 error. Recordings scheduled with current version are just ignoring the
 "Dont record" click. No errors. No nothing.
