 It seems like a certain teletextpage is retrieved automatically for closed
 caption support. At times the closed caption teletext support does work
 perfectly, but most of the time the message in the sample (the image)
 appear in 90%+ of the cases with Swedish channels.

 At other times a fullscreen teletext page appear (above the program
 running underneath, typically a commercial or informative teletext page) -
 I guess the teletext page that incidentally has same number as the closed
 caption page.
