 Attached is a patch for the soon to be released 0.25 release of MythWeb
 which enables streaming video support via the HTML5 video tag for OGV and
 WebM formats which can be transcoded and streamed on the fly, similar to
 the FLV method used for Flowplayer.

 The idea is to display the video tag if it's supported, and display the
 regular Flowplayer otherwise.

 While there are likely better ways of doing this, I wanted to create a
 patch that is less "intrusive" on the original MythWeb code.
