 This patch allows you to do a "Full Scan (Tuned)" and find all channels in
 all multiplexes in mythtv-setup when the network ID is set correct in the
 "Video sources" page. The patch is only effective at the moment at the
 time of scanning in mythtv-setup. MythTV never rescans the services
 automatically.
 On my DVB-C capable TV I also need to enter the network ID, there is
 absolutely no way around it.
