Comment:

 Has anyone here tested with the RHEL edition that CENTOS6 is based on?

 I lowered the priority because CENTOS is just not a likely candidate for
 running MythTV. This is most likely a distro problem, but I have not yet
 close this as an 'upstream problem' because I don't think we really
 understand the problem well enough yet.
