 David, I can save you a little trouble.  I've pushed my branch that syncs
 libmythhdhomerun with libhdhomerun version 20120405 from SiliconDust.

 I haven't taken this fix out to see if only increasing the receive buffer
 fixes my issue, but I do know that the two of them together fix it for me.
