Comment:

 I can still reproduce this.

 Steps:
   Skip forward 10 minutes
   Skip back 1 minute
   Wait 2 seconds
   Skip back 10 minutes
   Wait 1 second
   Skip back 10 minutes

 The A/V sync will now be out for a second or two and then jump back into
 sync.
