 OK.  'offset' is in recordedseek, in bytes.  Cutlist processing in
 mytharchive uses frame counts anyway.
 I've never seen a progress log when using mytharchive in 'Create Archive'
 mode in 0.25.  I thought I had opened a ticket about that, but maybe it
 was just this:
