Comment:

 Nasevz, I think you may be able to fix this by changing the audio input
 device. String starting in "ALSA:"

 NTSC/PAL framegrabber input is on it's last legs so I'm going to mark this
 as a Won't fix.

 Please update the ticket if you have more information though.
