 When channels are inserted into the database after a scan, "visible" and
 "useonairguide" in the channel table are set to 127 instead of 1.

 mythtv-setup doesn't have a problem (it sees the channels) and will
 correct the value to "1" if you deselect and reselect the "visible" and
 "use over-the-air program listings" in mythtv-setup, however mythfrontend
 doesn't see the channels until this is corrected.

 "mythconverg_restore.pl --partial_restore" from an x86 mythtv installation
 also produces the same issue.

 "mysql -u root -p mythconverg < backup.sql" does set the flags correctly.
