 Since I've installed my HDHomeRun Prime, I've seen mythbackend
 occasionally crash.  In this instance, just before the crash mythbackend
 logged the following two messages that I haven't seen before:
   pure virtual method called
 and
   terminate called without an active exception

 System is Fedora 14 x86_64 running MythTV from atrpms.

 # mythbackend --version
 Please attach all output as a file in bug reports.
