Mythfrontend: Notify the TV object when all other screens are embedded.

This ensures the Program Finder, Schedule Editor and Upcoming Recordings
screens notify the player that they are present, if not actually
embedded. Necessary for some upcoming changes to the interaction between
the player and the main UI rendering.
