Log:

Disable backup rotation on automatic backup.

Disable backup rotation for the automatic database backups, rather than
rely on the script defaults.  This way, if a user doesn't create their
own backup and starts, but doesn't finish, the database upgrade a bunch
of times, the pre-upgrade backup won't be deleted.
