 Agree with Bradley.  I recently upgraded from 0.23.1 to 0.24+Fixes and
 this same issue occurred.

 I was able to use either of the changes to
 /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/modules/music/stream.php to fix the problem:

 Substitute "$Master_Host" with "localhost" on line 105

 or

 Substitute "MasterServerIP" with "BackendServerIP" on line 104
