 Converted jobqueue threads to QThread

 Refs #5501.  I have converted the threads used in the jobqueue from
 pthreads
 to QThreads.  There may be a small memory leak caused by the use of
 deleteLater
 in the ChildJobThread and having no event queue in the
 QueueProcessorThread.
 We'll keep our eyes on it.
