 This patch allows for:
 * filtering directories from MythGallery
 * show by media type (currently images/movies)
 * additional sort options

 Settings added to 'normal' setup screen: 'MythGallery Settings (General)'
 Also quick access through 'menu' from within MythGallery; from here filter
 result can be 'previewed'
