 FWIW, the symptoms described in ticket #9773 are the same as what I
 experience here.  I suppose though, many different kinds of deadlocks can
 have the same symptoms.

 Is there any indication in any of the evidence provided here that this
 situation is the same as ticket #9773?

 If there isn't enough evidence in this ticket, I'd be most happy to gather
 it if you just advise what you need/want.
