Allow the use of DBChannel mapped text in guide

It's now possible to use the following textareas in the channel list and
body of the screen.

    channelnumber
    callsign
    name
    channelgroupname
    channelsourcename
    channelvisible (Yes/No)

    // Technical (Probably shouldn't be used in a release theme)
    channelid
    channeliconpath (Full Path)
    majorchan
    minorchan
    mplexid
