 After editing the build paths to be the same, most of the diffs are due to
 backend vs frontend, Core Duo vs Core 2 Duo, and GIT head vs 0.24? I still
 use XCode 3.2.4, but any compiler differences should be very minor.

 I think the only way for me to work this out is to do a -distclean, and
 then attach a full build log. e.g.:
 {{{
 osx-packager.pl --distclean
 osx-packager.pl --verbose | tee fullbuild.txt
 }}}
