 Same behaviour here. Both with 0.22 and fresh install 0.24.

 Recorded movie of 2 hours length is truncated to approx. 20 minutes after
 DVD creation. No errors reported during process.

 Using Project-X does NOT solve the problem. Instead, Project-X even
 crashes on the movie.
