 I've just noticed it's a lot more out of date than I expected.

 2051 carries only encrypted channels so could probably be removed.

 2063 and 2057 are an ITV and a C5 transponder.

 2056 is a Sky transponder carrying FTA ITV1 Granada HD and STV HD

 That's assuming (as it appears) the aim is to have this apply only to the
 main public service channels. If this is not the case, here's a list of
 all current TIDs at 28.2/28.5°E, all NID 2 unless otherwise specified:

 2041, 2042, 2043, 2044, 2045, 2046, 2047, 2048, 2049, 2050, 2051, 5052,
 2053, 2054, 2055, 2056, 2057, 2063, 2068, 2311, 2312, 2302, 2301, 2303,
