 My Xorg.0.0.log shows three modes 1920x1080_50, 1920x1080_60 and
 720x576_50 successfully requested and validated. I have "Separate video
 for GUI and TV playback" checked, along with settings:

 GUI
 1920x1080 1920x1080 Any Default
 Overrides
 1920 1080 1920x1080 Any Default
 720  576  720x576   Any Default
 0    0    320x175   Any Default.
 }}}

 I do see successful mode swaps between 1920x1080_50 and 1920x1080_60
 depending on the frame rate of the source, but 720x576_50 is never used.
