Log:

Remove the old setting for choosing the theme from the Appearance
settings section.  Also, since this leaves only the Theme Painter
and Menu Theme settings, consolidate those two down onto the 'Screen'
settings page.  NOTE: The label is only done this way because we
are in a string freeze and this code will be going away in the
next version or two.
