Timestretch returns to 1x when the automatic Fill Mode changes (used to
 automatically detect letterboxed content)

To reproduce, either enable automatic Fill Mode adjustment, or change the
Fill Mode manually while watching a program with timestretch set to a
value other than 1x (the faster it's set the more noticeable it will be
 when it gets turned off)
