 Update for Russian translation for Mythfrontend, MytWeather, and MythNews.
 Attached gziped diff file contains some small fixes and mark finished
 strings as done.
 Also attached translation for previously untranslated plugins:
 MythNetvision, MythArchive, MythZoneMinder, and MythGame.
