Log:

Enforces the use of the copyright widget in mythweather.  If the screen's
definition in the theme is missing this widget, mythweather will skip the
screen.  If all screens are skipped, then a message is put on the screen
so the user has an idea what's going on.

Additionally some minor cleanup in mythweather code.

This code will need a once-over again sometime in the future.
