 This works for me. I'm going to need some additional information.

 1st/ I'm assuming your channel ordering is set to "channum" not "callsign"
 To verify:
 {{{
 select * from settings where value="ChannelOrdering";
 }}}
 The data column should be 'channum'

 2nd/ do you have multiple inputs on this card? If so, do any of the
 channels on the various inputs have the same channum?
