 (In [26724]) Workaround for broken DVD subtitles that have not been
 properly resized
 when the associated video stream was resized during a format conversion.

 In line with the existing XSUB fix, this cannot currently differentiate
 between NTSC and PAL and hence the positioning of NTSC originated
 subtitles may be a little strange. I'm looking at a framerate based
 improvement.
