 MythGame currently fails to set a new location string when launching a new
 application, meaning that GetCurrentLocation returns "GameUI" whilst
 external games are running. This patch changes that to "MythGame %1 ( %2
 )", where, the first parameter is the System Name and the second is the
 command executed to run the game.
