 Yeah you're right.  Since the Qt date/time functions can be independently
 called outside of the verbose_mutex it doesn't eliminate the potential
 problem of the tzset_lock mutex being copied in a locked state from the
 parent.

 I'll update with the latest patch and let it run for the next week or so.
 I expect it should eliminate the problem I saw entirely.
