Log:

MythPlayer: Update ChangeSpeed() to disable exact seeks when ff/rew and fix DoJumpToFrame to support framesPlayed == frames case.

This should get us back to where we were in 0.23-fixes. Just need to determine the delay when exiting or changing to/from ffwd > 3x and rew.
